Return and Exchange
We hope you love the product as much as we do, but if you have a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Gift cards and downloadable software products & contents are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items (subject to availability) if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email to confirm the stock level of that particular product.
To return your product, you should mail it to Biltstraat 111B, 3572AN, Utrecht, The Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over USD$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
