Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Various shipping options are available depending on the location:

 

The Netherlands | PostNL with Track and Trace

Europe | DHL without Track and Trace or DPD with Track and Trace

The Rest of the World | DHL with or without Track and Trace

We aim to ship our order as soon as possible; however, in order to keep the shipping costs reasonable and the operation sustainable, we will implement the following plan: 

 

* No orders will be dispatched on Friday - Sunday.
* PostNL and DPD shipments will be sent within 3 business days.
*DHL shipments will be sent on either Monday or Thursday. The track and trace code will be available on the following day.

Delivery times vary (subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances):

The Netherlands  | 1 - 2 business days

Europe | 3 - 8 business days

The Rest of the World | 7 - 14 business days

We are not responsible for any customs and import duties incurred, and likewise, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs. 

 

Shipments will not be marked a gift.
